"I booked the s class lwb, 2 months in advance and upgraded to chauffeur as a surprise for my wife on return from our honeymoon. Upon landing we were told there was an issue with the vehicle and we were given a v class. This smelled badly of smoke and had a huge crack in the windscreen and was not an adequate replacement for the s class. The driver was 35 minutes late, he was very apologetic and nice, however his speed probably averaged 90+ mph!! They did offer a small refund which I declined, money wasn’t the problem. This experience just wasn’t the luxury surprise end to my honeymoon I had planned."
