"Terry was the allocated driver. Overall, it was a wonderful journey. Terry arrived ahead of the requested Time of Booking, and contacted me to make sure I am able to arrive at the designated location, and subsequently a Meet & Greet. He also handled my luggages with extra care. He also prepared bottled water and hand sanitiser. During the journey, he really put in effort into making sure that I was comfortable throughout.
