"We arrived south terminal and couldn't find driver. He Then told us to go to 4th level car park (had no idea that was parking garage)and no one could tell us where that was. Then a police officer told us it was possibly at North terminal, which it was. Had to get on the tram.....Not a good start to trip. The driver was very pleasant tho."
